- 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoons of Nutradry Pty Ltd raspberry powder
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 150g of coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 block of vegan chocolateAdd all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.
Spoon mixture into your hand and shape into balls or logs and put onto a lined tray.
Place the tray into the fridge or freezer until hard.
Melt the chocolate and cover the logs, refrigerate further until the chocolate has set.
